DME is dedicated to supporting the Healthcare industry; Our clients consist of biotech companies, medical device manufacturers and medical supply distributors<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Customer Service Representative<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School diploma or GED required.<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 2-year(s) work experience in a customer service call center preferred<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Customer service skills, including phone and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred<\/li>\n<li>Typing accuracy of 35 wpm minimum<\/li>\n<li>Database data entry experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge and use of the English language, both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Work history of excellent attendance and punctuality<\/li>\n<li>High comfort level working with culturally diverse team members and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.<\/li>\n<li>Some experience with medical insurance and\/or durable medical equipment<\/li>\n<li>Startup \/ rapid growth experience<\/li>\n<li>Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in diabetes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Technical Support Representative<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of Technical Support and Billing and Customer Service experience \u2013insurance collections preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven knowledge of and experience with ICD-9\/10, HCPCS, and medical device (PERS)<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills required.<\/li>\n<li>Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, heavy volume work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated computer, prioritization, and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working at insurance companies\/payors or with medical device reimbursement for a start-up or new technology company or durable medical equipment setting is high desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company: DME Service Solutions Job Posting Title: Customer Service Representative\/Billing Technical Support Representative Reports to: CSR Supervisor Location: Remote Work Country: Philippines Region: Greater Metro Manila Area About DME Serve: Founded in 2021, DME Service Solutions, LLC strives to be the industry leader in global call center business process outsourcing service solutions.
