DME is dedicated to supporting the Healthcare industry; Our clients consist of biotech companies, medical device manufacturers and medical supply distributors<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow detailed instructions on claim processing projects<\/li>\n<li>Research, process and follow up on claim re-submittals<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve billing problems or issues<\/li>\n<li>Maintain operational integrity by following policies and procedures; but also suggesting process<\/li>\n<li>improvements that will benefit patients, clinicians, colleagues and overall operations<\/li>\n<li>Commanding understanding of Carbon\u2019s payers and their policies, payer portals, billing hub, and waystar<\/li>\n<li>Multi-tasking with all the above<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Required Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 to 5 years of US Healthcare Experience with the Knowledge &amp; Skills required<\/li>\n<li>3 years experience in US Health care handling \u2013 Physician, Outpatient Claims,<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and validation of patient eligibility, knowledge of CPT codes, DX codes, NPI<\/li>\n<li>numbers, Revenue codes, and Provider Tax IDs.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Denial and Rejection handling<\/li>\n<li>Experience to handle Multiple Providers\u2019 Claims,<\/li>\n<li>Experience handling Medicare and Medicaid Claims \u2013 Establishing Patient Eligibility<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in Patient Demographics,<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of Benefits, Knowledge of Primary Rules and Determinations<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of all Provider types \u2013 such as, Billing Provider, Referring Provider, Rendering Provider<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Basic Anatomy and Physiology<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task with all of the above<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Google Suite apps and working knowledge of Excel<\/li>\n<li>Must have the ability to remain focused and calm during stressful situations<\/li>\n<li>In depth knowledge of how US health insurance works<\/li>\n<li>Must have the ability to speak, read, and write in English clearly and professionally<\/li>\n<li>Possess strong organizational skills and prioritization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Travel Required:\u202f\u202f<\/strong>\u202f \u00a00 \u2013 10%<\/p>\n<p><strong>Language Skills\u202f\u202f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Must be able to communicate effectively in English.\u202f Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\u202f Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.\u202f Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands\u202f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\u202f Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About DME Serve: Founded in 2021, DME Service Solutions, LLC strives to be the industry leader in global call center business process outsourcing service solutions.
