DME is dedicated to supporting the Healthcare industry; Our clients consist of biotech companies, medical device manufacturers and medical supply distributors<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-astglobalcolor5 );\"><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><b style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-style: inherit;\">:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hosting and producing online and face-to-face employee events.<\/li>\n<li>Create captivating graphics used for the promotion of employee engagement activities or company communications.<\/li>\n<li>Source vendors for different employee engagement needs.<\/li>\n<li>Research on trends and best practices in running employee engagement activities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide employee engagement activities budget recommendation.<\/li>\n<li>Support employee engagement and HR communications by sending invites and announcements.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with different departments and vendors in distributing employee prizes and tokens from employee engagement activities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Employee Engagement Manager in scheduling and managing the employee engagement calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, prepare and execute virtual and face-to-face employee engagement activities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop employee engagement activity surveys using Microsoft Forms and other tools.<\/li>\n<li>Create employee engagement presentations to be used in business reviews with the executives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure immediate distribution of prizes and tokens for employees.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and prepare data needed for business reports and presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Create and present employee engagement proposals to the leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and execute logistic and administrative tasks when there are employee engagement activities.<\/li>\n<li>Create write-ups to post on DME\u2019s internal employee communication platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Creates inventory of supplies and items used for employee engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Do ocular inspection of events locations.<\/li>\n<li>Support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion projects and initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements and Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has a minimum of 3-year experience as an Employee Engagement Specialist or equivalent role<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Has basic project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate Excel Skills<\/li>\n<li>Advanced PowerPoint Presentation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in using Canva<\/li>\n<li>Advanced skills in creating corporate professional posters and infographics<\/li>\n<li>Data Savvy<\/li>\n<li>Details Oriented<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative<\/li>\n<li>Creative and innovative<\/li>\n<li>Resourceful<\/li>\n<li>Good networking skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to deal and plan with external vendors<\/li>\n<li>Strategic<\/li>\n<li>Receptive to feedback<\/li>\n<li>Technology savvy<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiastic<\/li>\n<li>Trustworthy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About DME Serve: Founded in 2021, DME Service Solutions, LLC strives to be the industry leader in global call center business process outsourcing service solutions.
