DME is dedicated to supporting the Healthcare industry; Our clients consist of biotech companies, medical device manufacturers and medical supply distributors<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Supervisor<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages a team of assigned customer service representatives and ensures they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality of service.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years experience related<\/li>\n<li>Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Collects data and prepares reports on customer complaints and inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares monthly reports summarizing the assigned customer service team\u2019s performance.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and makes recommendations to the Supervisor of Client Manager or other appropriate staff.<\/li>\n<li>Assists with budget preparation for the Customer Service department.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with hiring of entry-level customer service employees.<\/li>\n<li>Train new employees in the company\u2019s customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.<\/li>\n<li>Helps pull metric for employee performance evaluations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Operations Manager<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruits selects, hires, and trains new call center personnel and prepares them to respond to customer questions and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years experience related<\/li>\n<li>Prepares call center performance reports by collecting and analyzing call agents\u2019 data.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate individual performance reviews and overall team effectiveness with upper management.<\/li>\n<li>Helps call agents with challenging customer service issues.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors team performance and provides tools if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the LOB is meeting the KPI and sales target set by the client.<\/li>\n<li>Determines call center operational strategies by evaluating team results and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance and identifying and resolving problems.<\/li>\n<li>Meets financial targets by estimating performance requirements and preparing annual budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Presents monthly and annual call center action plans and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Provide inspired leadership for the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.<\/li>\n<li>Work with senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Support worker communication with the management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company:\u00a0DME Service Solutions Job Posting Title:\u00a0Supervisor\/Operation Manager \u2013 Future Candidates Reports to:\u00a0Immediate Superior Location:\u00a0Remote Work Country:\u00a0Philippines Region:\u00a0Greater Metro Manila Area About DME Serve: Founded in 2021, DME Service Solutions, LLC strives to be the industry leader in global call center business process outsourcing service solutions.
