DME is dedicated to supporting the Healthcare industry; Our clients consist of biotech companies, medical device manufacturers and medical supply distributors<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Quality Assurance<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years experience related<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with current quality system<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Developing internal auditing mechanism and conducting internal audits and reports<\/li>\n<li>Determining data-driven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans<\/li>\n<li>Performing regular monitoring and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality policies<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Providing departments with quality planning and support<\/li>\n<li>Conducting or assisting with quality and training sessions<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Trainer<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years experience related<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work with processing software and use it within Company guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Complete any special projects or tasks that are assigned by your manager.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.<\/li>\n<li>Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop training manuals that target tangible results.<\/li>\n<li>Implement effective and purposeful training methods.<\/li>\n<li>Assess employees\u2019 skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate with team members and management.<\/li>\n<li>Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization\u2019s goals.<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About DME Serve: Founded in 2021, DME Service Solutions, LLC strives to be the industry leader in global call center business process outsourcing service solutions.
